CAVU is the developer of the first comprehensive licensing and enforcement
software application based entirely on Internet technologies. There are
two versions of the application: eLicense is tailored to state government, and
LG-Enterprise to local government.
What platform do CAVU's products run on?
CAVU's products work with current
versions of Microsoft SQL Server, with SQL 2005 being the preferred database platform.
Also required is Windows 2000 Server (or later), which includes a license for Microsoft's
Internet Information Server.
For the client workstations, PC's from major manufacturers such as Dell, Compaq, or IBM
come complete with all software needed for proper operations with the CAVU
system.
Can CAVU's products be customized to meet the specific requirements of a particular
government agency?
Our software architecture and code are designed to be flexible, and any number of
user-defined fields can be defined to meet a particular agency's needs. The project
sponsor can arrange for CAVU to perform any development that is needed, or, since
source code is available, the project sponsor may also choose to perform their own
customizations.
Does the base system offer a comprehensive set of modules for licensing and enforcement?
The base system provides modules for licensing, permitting, enforcement, finance, customer
relationship management, administration, education, and more. In addition, there are
number of optional modules available.

Wide Web?
CAVU's software offer a number of modules to support Web-based delivery of services, such as
online license applications, online license renewals, online license verification, and
more.
