State Government Solutions
In 1997, CAVU developed eLicense, the first
occupational licensing product based solely on Internet technologies. Each year, CAVU has improved upon eLicense by adding new features and functionality driven by the needs of our
state government customers. eLicense modules offer support for customer relationship management, administration, licensing, workflow,
revenue, auditing, enforcement, reporting, continuing education, examinations, document imaging, and several
online services, such as online renewals and license verification.
We are currently providing solutions for the improvement of labor-intensive tasks and
the delivery of eCommerce services to the public for
thousands of different credential types and millions of
licensees and registrants.
Local Government Solutions
LG-Enterprise
is CAVU's application solution for city and county governments. It is a comprehensive enterprise-wide solution that integrates the creation, tracking, processing, and revenue collection for most local government transactions such as licenses, permits, tax bills, enforcement actions and other types of regulatory transactions (credentials). In the LG-Enterprise system, credential information is closely tied to revenue. The system provides both workflow and document imaging as integral pieces of the solution, so that the tasks that local jurisdiction staff perform as part of the business process are tracked and managed by the system along with the revenue and collections. Credential configuration instead of computer program coding allows jurisdiction staff to create and modify the organization's business rules for processing
credentials.
